Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Club and Eyes Vision Srl with respect to the use of the online software ‘Eyes On CLUB’ for booking camps.

1. Object of the Agreement

The object of this Agreement is the regulation of the Club’s membership in ‘Eyes On CLUB’. Software Online is a modular web platform that includes a camp reservation form provided free of charge to the Club. Any additional modules or services offered by the platform may be used on a fee basis, according to the relevant terms of service.

2. Conditions of Service

The Club accesses and uses ‘Eyes On CLUB’ in accordance with the terms of service provided by Eyes Vision Srl at the time of membership and any subsequent changes. The camp reservation form (Core) is provided free of charge and does not involve any financial consideration for the Club.

3. Processing of Personal Data

-The Club is responsible for the processing of the personal data of its members and subscribers, releasing Eyes Vision Srl from any liability and disputes arising from the processing of data.

– ‘Eyes On CLUB’ and Eyes Vision Srl act solely as data processors, providing the technological platform necessary for the processing of personal data.

– Personal data of members and subscribers will not be processed for marketing purposes without explicit and specific consent obtained in accordance with the GDPR.

– All necessary technical and organisational measures will be taken to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.

4. Liability and Insurance

– ‘Eyes On CLUB’ undertakes to keep the service operational and accessible in accordance with the agreed SLAs, except in cases of force majeure.
– The Club accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the data entered into ‘Eyes On CLUB’.

5. Duration and Withdrawal

This Agreement shall last for one year, renewable automatically, unless terminated by either party with three months’ notice.

6. Resolution of Disputes

Any disputes will be submitted to mediation attempts and, in the event of failure to reach an agreement, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Taranto. For disputes falling within the jurisdiction of the Justice of the Peace, the parties agree to devolve such jurisdiction to the Justice of the Peace of Martina Franca (TA).

7. Various

– Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
– This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or country in which Eyes On CLUB is located.

To accept these Terms and Conditions, please indicate your consent by registering or accessing the ‘Eyes On CLUB’ service.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the ‘Eyes On CLUB’ online software and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
